The keys were in a lock box, easy to get. They sent out a maintenance crew to fix some stuff, I was not at the house but was then informed that the crew had there own key! I didnt appreciate people going into the house when I wasn't there

The pool was great but it was cold. The house had a lot of stains on the carpet, some damage to the cabinets, and there was a tiny piece of glass on the floor that my daughter stepped on when first coming into the kitchen. Also the stove worked for the most part, but the oven world not heat to temp. The washer leaked if you did a large load of laundry. Other than those things, the house was nice, location was good, and my family enjoyed our stay.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba lo colocaban a 81 y no podias bajarle por que habia que llamar por que no funcionaba el panel los baos estaban sucios las paredes llenas de moho llamamos 3 veces para lo del aire acondicionado y jo resolvieron nada
